Our Team

Aycan Kaptaner works with clients from a variety of industry sectors offering them exceptional professional services. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from CUNY Hunter College. Prior to joining C&V, Aycan worked as Constituent Liaison for Council Member Peter Vallone, Jr., and as Scheduler and Community Liaison for Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer. As she has been a believer in professional growth and development, during the course of her studies in college, she served as a Community Affairs intern in the office of Public Advocate Bill de Blasio and as Immigration Affairs intern in the office of Congressman Joseph Crowley. She has a diverse background and speaks Turkish and French. Aycan is currently a member-at-large of the Stonewall Democratic Club of New York. As a former tennis player, Aycan's natural energy, drive and endurance is carried over to her career; she carries her ethos of service and grounded perspective into the corporation.
