Vinification:
The pre-fermentative maceration was carried out at 100C for 2 days. Fermentation was done at 27-29C by using selected yeasts. Afterwards post-fermentation maceration was performed for a week.
Characteristics:
Deep ruby-red colour. Aromas which are reminiscent of red forest fruits. Abundant, aromatic, velvety flavour.
Suggested with:
Grilled red meat, game and piquant cheese.
Best consumed at a temperature of:
17 - 18° C
