Effective as of May 1st, 2008

DRAKS

When you become a Member, we give you "draks." Draks are units or points that are exchanged for time in a Hypercar. The higher the package you purchase, the greater the amount of draks you receive and the greater discount you enjoy - that discount amounts to more Draks for less money and more overall driving time. The prices outlined below exclude the one-time application fee required for application processing and include all the Member services outlined on "The System" page.

Pegasus17 will create a Custom Package for members whose needs require more driving time in the Hypercars than is offered by our standard packages. Please call us for further details if you feel that the packages outlined above do not meet your desires. We will sit with you to create a tailor-made package to accommodate your needs. REFERENCE TABLE

First Day	The first 24 hours from receipt to return, beginning anytime Monday thru Sunday.
Additional Day	Each additional consecutive 24 hours in the same car.
Weekend	Friday 10 AM to Monday 4 PM - 4 Days
Week	Monday Noon to Monday Noon - 7 Days
Hyperweek	Sunday Noon to Tuesday Noon - 7 Days + 2 Bonus Days = 9 Days Total

*Draks have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for currency and are only redeemable for driving time in a Pegasus17 Hypercar as defined in the Member Agreement unless otherwise specified by an authorized Pegasus17 officer. This schedule and it's definitions are subject to change without notice. Pegasus17 will honor the Drak value of the schedule in effect on the date that the reservation is made.*

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS

5 Members - $45,000.00 - 500 Draks

Corporate Memberships are limited to 1 year in duration.

Pegasus17 reserves the right to refuse any corporate membership at any time for any reason.

INSURANCE

Pegasus17 maintains auto liability, theft & collision insurance in accordance with NYS laws. Other locations may differ according to the variation of motor vehicle laws from state to state or internationally.
