Jennifer Goldman, President

Jennifer Goldman is a Certified Financial Planner and founder of My Virtual COO, the RIA industries' leading implementation expert in technology, integrations, processes, and outsourcers. Prior to founding COO, Jennifer spent over 20 years in the financial services industry after graduating early from SUNY Geneseo. Jennifer started her career as Quality Control expert at a regional bank at 21 years old in her hometown of Buffalo NY while taking MBA Operations Management classes and calling leads for an advisor in evenings. She then moved to a boutique investment firm in Boston MA to guide and support a team of advisors for 1 year to fully learn the industry and test out her process for client base growth. In 1996, Jennifer joined Smith Barney as the 1st woman rookie in Boston MA and grew one of the first fee-based business in the Boston office to $22 million AUM by the age of 26.

Kristen Schmidt

Kristen started her career as Operations Manager for the billion dollar, Midwest-based RIA firm, Annex Wealth Management. She spent 10 years successfully managing Annex's growth by implementing strategic leadership, project management, system integration, and process improvement. Kristen was also an invited member of TD Ameritrade's Operations Committee for several years to collaborate on advancements in TDA's technology. She then joined Interactive Advisory Software to manage and assist RIA firms implement IAS technology & best practices to create firm wide efficiencies. Kristen's "boots on the ground" experience with RIAs provides her with a unique perspective, giving her a complete understanding of the internal challenges these firms face. Based in Virtual COO's Midwest office, Kristen brings vast experience in every area of industry technology including CRM, Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, Institutional Custodian Relationships, Data Aggregators, Financial Planning, and much more.

Joseph Bangs

Joseph joins COO as implementer and integrator of the latest web-based financial software programs. Joseph attended Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Computer and Networking Support and also possess his CompTIA A+ certification. Prior to his career at My Virtual COO, he has worked as an Office Manager for more than 10 years with duties including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, bank reconciliation, account receivables & payables.

Ken Quast, PMP

Ken is an expert in Salesforce implementation, project management and Salesforce integrations. Ken implements and m aintains many aspects of Salesforce for us and our client, including the automated integrations, permissions, CRM setup and more. Ken resides in Milford, NH with his family and is very involved with the charity, Dollars for Scholars.

Steve Tsividakis

Steve is founder of Neoweb, a digital agency based in New York that helps businesses develop and implement digital marketing strategies that address every facet of business. Steve and his team provide us and businesses with website hosting & CMS recommendations, implementation, design, coding and ongoing updates that is excellent, timely, and extremely accurate.

Brian Hahn

Brian Hahn is an expert and possesses a unique knowledge of trading operations and portfolio analytics and is the founder of Milava Consulting. Brian assists COO's clients in areas of portfolio analytics, rebalancing and other portfolio-oriented systems. Brian's extensive experience includes being the head trader & overseeing trading operations and execution for an active hedge fund. He expanded his knowledge by joining Bridgewater Associates in CT and rounded out his expertise with a capstone position overseeing and directing the operations and trading infrastructure of a large, niche RIA. Brian is driven by philanthropy and donates 10% of all fees to Doctors Without Borders.

David Scot

David is an expert in phone systems for businesses and founder of Expand Communications LLC. David researches and implements VOIP and Phone systems for our clients, which may include cloud based, hosted telephone and VOIP technologies. David resides in Franklin WI with his wife and 3 daughters, and is passionate about his business and golf game

Bernard Adams

Bernard R. Adams, CFP® is an expert in registered investment advisors as well as financial services providers and investment management firms. Barney was co-founder of the ARX Funds and was, at various times, the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Manager. Previously, Mr. Adams was Vice President of Tanager Financial Services Inc., a family-office financial advisory firm where he was Chief Operating Officer, head of a client service team, and responsible for more than 750 million dollars in investments and several executive households. Prior to his tenure with Tanager, Mr. Adams founded and served for 15 years as President of Legal Support Services, Inc., and provided consulting and technology services for law firms and other service businesses. Barney has taught law at Boston University School of Law and at the University of Virginia, School of Law, among other institutions. Mr. Adams received an LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1969 and an A.B., cum laude and with honors, from Brown University in 1966. Barney is a member of the Bar in New York and Massachusetts, the Order of the Coif and a Certified Financial Planner.

Renee Lomax

Renee Lomax handles all aspects of accounting for COO and other businesses to monitor and improve the bottom line. Renee comes to us with over 20 years in business and with experience as the Financial Controller for a marketing research firm. She holds a BFA from New York University, resides in NY and coordinates the Midnight Run charity.
